Nothing works anymore
I knew it all along; the end is near
I've said it once and I've said it before
I was never meant to exist; I was not meant to be here

Hated by all / See me fall
Loved by none / Heart is numb
Rejected by life / Fallen from strife
From this- I've become / After this- I'm done

Through this blame
Is the choice
Of my decision

Hear the pain
In my voice
I am suffering
-
I no longer could drown out the sounds
Swallowed from within
I was surrounded by an internal doubt
Regretting everything

Remember the days
Relive the nights
Of my shame
In my mind

Growing up in society
I got lost
Being raised with hypocrisy

If I could go back in time
I would, and say what I really wanted to say
Then maybe, just maybe you would still be mine
And I never would have had to go through all of this pain

I yearn to take it all back
To cast away every word that was said
I want you to know I didn't mean any of that
Because I knew you were the one when we first met

You're the one that let go
I was the one to get left behind
You're the one that took my soul
I was the one that had a break down that night
-
You said nothing
And left me waiting

I needed you to say something
I silently pleaded for you to say anything

Maybe I thought it was a
She had never thought of herself as brokenShe had never thought of herself as broken,
as missing, as unfinished, as incomplete.
She used to think she was complete, accomplished;
her flaws hidden, her heart healed and soul varnished.
Her Creator had made her independent -
she did not need her "other half" to be whole.

However

When he left, a cold hand wrapped around her heart;
she ached, trapped under the weight of missing him.
She craved his presence, his arms around her waist,
his hands in her hair, his eyes locked on to hers.
She realized she'd simply been fooling herself -
He was her "other half", a 'yin' to her 'yang'.

She had never thought of herself as broken,

This same old nightmare that I grimly fear
An image of my life haunted by your shadows

I'm frozen in place, waiting for daylight to soon appear
But I don't know if I'm ready to take on another loveless tomorrow

Why am I the one who suffers when you're not even really here?
I should not have to be the one inflicted by your falsely bestowed sorrow
-
You made and broke every one of those promises
You left even though you knew that you'd be greatly missed

You were not the one saying that you're so sorry
You were not the one who was left crying uncontrollably

You didn't feel your heart being

I wore this pain like a crown / I was so broken
I kept on falling down / I felt my soul shattering

I couldn't hear anything / listening to my own twisted thoughts
I was blinded from everything / witnessing my own tragic downfall

I stopped dreaming of better days / I ceased believing long ago
My countless nightmares wouldn't fade / I was left in this dark world alone

I guess this is how I really pictured my own end
I just want it to finally be over with, I won't resent death

To the end of this long, and lonely road
Dangling on my unfinished rope

I thought pain was created to fade
But it seems like my life was crafted to break
So I apologize to the mirror and say "I'm sorry, it's too late."
I can't even look at my own face, as I can never accept my mistakes

I realize that I am brokenly made
-
My mind bleeds away the memories I've wasted
Remorse begins to slowly fill in the gaps that are left
This stained razor blade leaves every dark moment perfectly divided
I try not to indulge in act of prayer, because I refuse to ever confess

Even in death I will never rest
-
All visible colors descend into the ground
And time drifts off to sleep
Every sharp outline a
RebirthThe ravage comes to plea defeat,
Pride's old throne, an empty seat.
Once inked paper now found bare,
As my muse's whispers now turn rare.

Questions sent to looming corners,
Treading blindly to tear down barriers.
I must look like the losing warrior,
Thrust in battle without an armor.

Inspirations seeped from dry wells,
Like squeezing flame from a million hells.
The spill of flow embedded in night,
My soul's sanctuary trapped in fright.

The stars of hope flicker far,
Watching me grovel in this hour.
A fool I was to deafly pretend,
A blank canvas would never descend.

Yet in these spells of solid bind,
Are plenty gold and treasu
Who Is She?In the corner
With an unlit cigarette,
She gently stares to the ground
Walking through the alleyway.

No one's there,
Just her and her thoughts.
With teary eyes,
Silently crying to herself.

All those personal questions
We'd somehow get around
Leaves me thinking,
"Who will I become?"

And I thought the sun was
Beautiful before you tore it down...
Nothing ever goes the way you want it,
So don't tell me that one day it will.

The sun goes down,
But she can't tell.
Her memories black out
The present that is Hell.

But it's all the same.
The phrase, "family" died.
Long ago and far away
Are the choices she can make.

I can only think of how much I miss you

The pieces of me fall
The time without you stalls

On the inside I know it's wrong
But you're still with me as I carry on
As I try and search for where my heart belongs

I can only remember of how much I loved you

I don't know what I did wrong
I'm so sorry for whatever I've done

Not knowing if I remain unforgiven
I still whisper apologies to try and make a difference
Because I can't take anymore of this lovesick conscience
-
I will always be lost in this storm
As it forever rages on inside of me
Because all I can do now is mourn
While this story becomes a tragedy

I tried to hold onto those hopeful words you said
But you've always managed to hurt the both of us in the end

These tears shed

While every stinging mistake rushes back and quickly spreads

I find myself feeling lost in this inner emptiness
As all of my love for you continually bleeds out of my chest

Damages have been reversed
I have many flaws to be purged
Tempted for the gift of death to end this living curse

I plead for you to pass the torch
Hand over the destiny I've been waiting for
I can no longer endure this unbearable dirge

My pyre-
Send me off to the fiery abyss
My ignitor-
Free me from life's grip

Weep not for past sins
Leave behind those memories
Weep not for scarred skin
Forgive those memorable tragedies

Let go of that darkness within
Grasp onto serenity
Lift up the veil for the ending
Hold onto clarity

There's peace within pain
Calm can engulf the chaos
There's love behind the hate
Freedom can mask the gr
Dragon BloodForged from the souls of the bravest of men
They are tempered in the flames of eternal war
Ever will they stand against the tides of evil
For the dark shall claim no more

In the burning mountains of the Dragonkin
It is Man who swore a sacred oath
For in exchange for the Dragon's blood
Man must now protect them both

I speak of the legends; these Gods of battle
Warriors clad in suits of steel
They come as champions of a greiving world
And all shall learn to kneel

But not in supplication, nor out of dominance
We kneel in reverence of the bringers of light
These warriors imbued with the Eternal Flame
Shall chase the shadows of nigh

And in that very moment, I knew it was already too late
My   vision   has   adjusted
The memories of my former life all just slipped away
My   light   has   faded

The last of the fallen sparks fluttered in the distance
My   hope   has   been   obliterated
The shadows rose to claim their long awaited radiance
My   destiny   was    always   fated

In my heart, I lost it all
To this very second, it's still my fa
StrayTime is not a tool of abstract proportions,
yet, a mystic celestial, superior interference,
it goes on with your heart to improve skills and human reference,
it falls with you and goes up with you, along with your emotions

The heart is like a big forest of interminable realms of darkness,
a void empty or full, by mistakes or shiny revelations of happiness
somehow it memorizes everything better than a perfect mechanism,
mind is just gears and connections everywhere, sending an eternal dead transmission

Life is the joy of waiting for the death to come and the joy of learning love,
hate is the corruption of our soul at listening the scr
Pain
An unpleasant feeling you may think
The feeling cannot be described in only ink
It can come and go in just a blink
It would be the bitter taste if life would be a drink

It's what gets us down
It's what leaves us with a frown
Sometimes makes us want to leave town
And sometimes makes us want ourselves to drown

It sure isn't much fun
We always want it to be over and done
We can't make it undone

Pain, is a measurement of will power
Recovering from pain may take more than an hour
But in the end you will blossom like a flower

I'm chaotically peaceful

This self-suffering is man-made, so I hope for my own sake

Words To Ash

My embers burn / A fire roars
My inner war / A blaze of words

I wrote this for you
I wanted you to read it, I really wanted you to

But instead I kept it
So my pain remains hidden

Because I know that I'll probably never see you again
Which means I must find another way for me to be forgiven

Even if it's just a placebo effect
In order for me to try and move on
Because I will always be kind of broken
So this is me trying to undo what you have done

Maybe this has happened to me for a reason
Another   tragic   gift   of   believing
That I don't need vengeance
-
All you have is a life that is ready to break
All you know is how to reap the innocent's faith
All you will ever have is a mind full of guilt, and it's so ready to cave
All you will ever know are the faces of the past, every single one crying in vain
-
So I will grasp onto this / Closure drawn from my empty heart
Obtaining my justice / Drying my tears that were shed in the dark

I have what you don't
I know what you won't

The strength of all of these scars
The courage to use every ounce of will power

I will NOT be unforgiven
I will NOT serve your sentence

For what you have done to me
I was able to gain a type of independence
Even though you almost broke me completely
Now I can take whatever hits me, and give pain an acceptance

And when the raging fires in my eyes finally burn out
These   ashes   of   yours   will   fall   down
Scattering justice all around

This is so intensely real and personal I am sure many will pause and hesitate to comment with any depth...but that is it's power, the fact it hits the heart...beat.... pause and say 'whoa'.....because you dared share an experience many of us have had....but few so openly speak.....thank you
